This resource includes a variety of documentaries and PBS programs. Please note that we do subscribe to the CTE addition. There’s material here for every class including WARE, COSM, BADM, CHLD, WELD, and of course our Science, Arts, and Humanities courses. Functions include generating a citation, reading a transcript, closed captioning, and sharing videos. The link can be found on the main library page under A-Z Databases. You will need your B number to log in off-campus.
When you create a profile, you can customize playlists to share with others, save favorites, add YouTube videos to your Content list, and create custom segments from videos. You can also change your viewing preferences (light or dark theme mode), adjust font size and color, and change active page tools. Each video has options to: Share, Add to Playlists/Favorites, Cite, and Create Segments.
Under "My Content" you can create folders and find your Playlists. Editing your profile allows you to choose your interests and subjects. You can even sign up for email notifications about new films added about your subjects of interest.
