Chat GPT 4o Is an advanced AI-powered language model developed by OpenAI. It belongs to the family of GPT (Generative Pre-Trained Transformer) models and is specifically tailored for generating natural language responses in conversational settings.
Shows significant improvements in reasoning and conciseness compared to its predecessor. However, it is important to note that the output generation speed of ChatGPT-4 is slower than ChatGPT-3.5
Subscribe to GPT-4 for a fee of $20/month, and both can be used without any training.

GPT4o - The new model 4o requires payment. The free version is still using training data from ChatGPT 3.5 which was released January 2022.

Chinchilla -  is a family of large language models developed by the research team at DeepMind, presented in March 2022.[1] It is named "chinchilla" because it is a further development over a previous model family named Gopher. Both model families were trained to investigate the scaling laws of large language models. In March of 2022, DeepMind released Chinchilla AI. It functions in a manner analogous to that of other large language models such as GPT-3. Chinchilla AI’s main selling point is that it can be created for the same anticipated cost as Gopher, and yet it employs fewer parameters with more data to provide, on average, 7% more accurate results than Gopher.

Gemini (Formerly Google Bard) Gemini, formerly known as Bard, is a generative artificial intelligence chatbot developed by Google. Based on the large language model (LLM) of the same name and developed as a direct response to the meteoric rise of OpenAI's ChatGPT, it was launched in a limited capacity in March 2023 before expanding to other countries in May.
